Straight answers to the questions we hear most before a project starts.
It depends on the scope — the number of pages, custom features, and whether it's a marketing site, e-commerce store, or web application. Rather than quote a number with no context, we prefer a short call to understand what you actually need, then send a fixed quote. Be cautious of any developer who gives you an exact price with no discussion first.
A standard business website usually takes 2–4 weeks from approved design to launch. E-commerce stores and custom web applications take longer, typically 6–10 weeks, depending on the number of integrations involved. We'll give you a project-specific timeline before work begins.
We ask for 40% of the project value upfront to begin work. Once the design is approved and development is complete, we show you the site on a staging server for review. The remaining 60% is due before the site is transferred to your live server. Larger projects can be split into more installments — just ask.
We work through revisions with you at each stage so this is rare, but if you're genuinely unsatisfied, our policy is to resolve it — including a refund processed within 90 days, in line with our service agreement.
