These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mr. Code website (https://mrcode.in). By using this website, you agree to these terms. Specific project work is governed by the separate written quote and agreement you accept before we begin any paid work — where the two differ, your signed project agreement takes precedence.
1. Use of This Website
You're welcome to browse this website, read our content, and use our forms to get in touch. You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false or fraudulent information through our forms, scraping content at scale, or using the site in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.
2. Our Service Engagements
The general terms below reflect how we typically structure project work; your specific quote may adjust these details, in which case the quote governs.
- Quotes are scoped, not guessed. We provide a fixed-price quote after understanding what you actually need, not before.
- Payment structure. We typically require 40% of the project value upfront to begin work. Once development is complete, we show you the result on a staging server for review, and the remaining 60% is due before the site or deliverable is transferred to your live environment. Larger projects can be split into more installments by agreement.
- Ownership on completion. Once final payment is made, the complete source code, hosting access, and any project-specific licenses are handed over to you, with no vendor lock-in.
- Revisions and satisfaction. We work through revisions with you at each project stage. If you're genuinely unsatisfied with the final result, our policy is to work with you to resolve it, including a refund processed within 90 days, in line with your specific service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of this website (excluding client project deliverables covered by a separate agreement) belong to Mr. Code and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Upon full payment for a project, ownership of that project's deliverables transfers to you as described in your service agreement.
4. Third-Party Links and Services
This website may link to third-party websites (such as client project links in our portfolio) or use third-party services (analytics, chat widgets, spam protection) described in our Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is." While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we don't guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all content is complete or current at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mr. Code is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability we hold under a specific signed project agreement.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
